URGE
I was asked to make an illustrated label for "URGE" mezcal beverage. The concept was to develop the image having three basic elements in consideration which are: 1. The Kamikaze. 2. Mexican folklore. 3. Music. The skeleton is something very representative in the Mexican culture as well as the rooster, which I used instead of the plane itself simulating the Kamikaze. The "trajinera" was used instead of the warlike ship, as it is very characteristic in my Mexican culture as well. The "ghetto blaster" (radio recorder) which is carried by the skeleton simulates the music element in the composition.

VICTORIA
Design prototype for the presentation of Victoria beer in a can. An illustrator was chosen for each State in the country to create an image where the distinctive elements of the State Fair are merged with elements that characterize that State.
Unfortunately, this beer can was never released due to inconveniences between the local Fair and the beer brand.

DEL VALLE
Label design for Cervecería Del Valle brew. The concept is based on the first small villages in Mexicali, Mexico, when they didn't have any connection and communication channels with other villages. The first train track was built in 1907, connecting San Diego and Yuma. This small village was known for the settlement of many crows, whose seemed to "welcome" the train when it first arrived to this place.
