BRITISH FOOD MYTH

I made this illustration time ago for "Sabor" magazine, in UK, which shows a British food myth from the past: There's a common notion in the UK that the common British people were well fed on a steady diet of beef, while in reality, they most had to do with a meagre pottage (thick soup dish). This is like the social class pyramid: poor hungry people carrying a rather well fed king.
